Dr Browns Formula Pitcher?
I am running out of ready to feed formula so will be switching to powder soon. I plan on using the Dr Browns formula pitcher to make the powder formula. Anyone else use it? Advice? How do you clean it daily?
Thank you so much!
@OMGbaby3,
I use it. I just rinse it it with soap and water
@OMGbaby3,
I use it as well and I think it works really well! I wash by hand with warm soapy water and every few days I put it in the dish washer on the top rack. I always take it all the way apart as well! I hope that helps!! I only make small batches because I also breastfeed (4-8oz) so I have no idea how it works for large amounts :)!
@OMGbaby3,
I use for the babysitters when I have to work and love it. The only thing is that I really have to spend some time mixing. I'll usually mix it a bit, let it sit for a minute or two, then mix again to get all the clumps of formula dissolved properly. I clean it just like I do the bottles-I take it apart and soak it in hot hot water and soap with the day's bottles and clean it with the bottle brush.
Thank you all so much. Made today's batch this morning. Works great!
I have been using tap water that I boil and let cool. I just feel like nursery water is another expense when formula is already expensive. Anyone else do this??
@OMGbaby3,
Got it when LO was 2 months and had no patience to wait for me to put a bottle together. Best purchase ever!!!
I just use water for the tap. We don't have well water or anything so there is no need for us to boil it. Never had any problems with it.
@piscesgirl316,
Awesome thank u!!!!
