If you are running Windows 10 Pro:

Click your Start Push button, type gpedit.msc and hit Enter

Go to Calculator Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components

Scroll downwardly and right-click on Data Collection and Preview Builds

Double-click on Permit Telemetry in the right pane

Check the selection - Enabled and choose iii - Full from the drop-down

Click OK

Now undo this change again:

Double click on Allow Telemetry on the right pane

Gear up to Not Configured

Then click OK to save settings

You should encounter that the message is now gone
